Basecamp Bookkeeping is part of the Atticus Accountants company and we need the help of a dynamic bookkeeper.
This role is currently part time but there is scope for a fulltime position including client management and administration work. After an initial training and settling in period in our office, some of your hours could be done in your home office but we do have a designated space just for Basecamp. For the perfect candidate we can be very flexible.
Prior experience in bookkeeping is essential but experience in administration and clients management is not. If you’re very comfortable with technology, are process driven and can think outside of the box we can offer plenty of training and on-going support through our accounting team to ensure your success.
Our clients use a range of software products (primarily cloud based) including Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and Reckon Hosted so someone who has experience using some, or all, of these software products would be highly desirable.
Your input into building the business and a willingness to be involved in improving systems from the ground-up would be invaluable.
