When you call Atticus Business Accountants, more than likely it will be Mikaela’s friendly voice you hear at the end of the phone.

Prior to joining our team, Mikaela worked in a variety of customer service roles in the retail, telecommunication and health sectors. A self-described ‘Jill of all trades’, she enjoys the variety of her role, which ranges from client service and administrative support to marketing, assisting with our fundraising activities and looking after our presence on social media.

Mikaela strives for excellence in everything she does, something which comes from the years of practice she has devoted to her first love – dance. A highly accomplished Irish Dancer, she drives to Brisbane two to three times a week to train and travels all around Australia and the world dancing competitively.

After living and working in Brisbane for a while, Mikaela’s returned home to Toowoomba to be close to her family and friends. She loves working at Atticus Accountants. It’s a place where she feels encouraged to learn and grow as part of an all-female team that’s dedicated to supporting each other, and their clients.

Growth is a central theme in Mikaela’s approach to life. She has a beautiful saying that guides her: Like wildflowers, we must grow in the places people least expect us to grow.
